激光粒度儀的調(diào)試前的需要檢查五點(diǎn)

激光粒度儀使用時(shí)也要進(jìn)行特定的安裝調(diào)試，那么我們?nèi)绾握_的對(duì)粒度儀進(jìn)行正確的調(diào)試呢?還有就是在調(diào)試時(shí)要注意那些問題呢?在正式開始使用激光粒度儀，我們需要做好激光粒度儀的調(diào)試前的檢查工作。具體工作內(nèi)容如下：

1、新安裝的設(shè)備，在設(shè)備就位時(shí)，難免會(huì)殘留鐵塊、焊條頭、焊渣等異物。在不開主電機(jī)的情況下，打開進(jìn)料口下面的除雜擋板，讓雜質(zhì)和洗倉物料從此處排出；

3、檢查電磁閥噴吹是否正常吸合有力，調(diào)節(jié)除塵器電磁閥脈寬和噴吹間隔時(shí)間；

4、檢查剎克龍下面關(guān)風(fēng)器是否有漏風(fēng)現(xiàn)象，可以用手或細(xì)粉料放在接口處有無往里吸的感覺，如有必須進(jìn)行密封處理。上述檢查一切正常后，準(zhǔn)備帶料生產(chǎn)；

5、對(duì)激光粒度儀m.hmfk.com.cn的喂料電機(jī)和分級(jí)輪電機(jī)兩個(gè)變頻器進(jìn)行參數(shù)檢查設(shè)定,檢查電機(jī)所對(duì)應(yīng)的空開、接觸器、熱繼電器、過電流繼電器調(diào)整是否合適，將一次線全部重新鎖緊一遍。
